Changed Your Mind?


No worries—we totally understand that sometimes plans change.
- Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
- Payment processing fees (2–5%) are non-refundable, as they are charged directly by banks or payment providers.

Exchange or Replacement


If you’d like to exchange or replace an item:
- Email us at Order@sweetnshower.com with your order details, the items you received, and the items you’d like to exchange for.
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Shipping fees for the new items will be charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re truly sorry if your order didn’t arrive as expected. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Order@sweetnshower.com. including your order details and photos of the issue. “Please note: clear photos of the issue are required so we can process your replacement quickly.”
After inspection, we’ll arrange a free replacement:
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced with the same product.
- Incorrect items will be replaced with the correct item from your original order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
We’ll handle the entire replacement process at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, some items aren’t eligible for return once opened—but we’re always here to help you choose the right fit next time
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Items purchased during sale periods are final and cannot be returned or refunded—unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
